Processing Time
All orders will be processed in 1-5 business days. Shipments will be sent via UPS or USPS's most economical option unless otherwise pre-arranged.
Shipping Costs
All products have an individual shipping cost associated. There will be no shipping or processing fees for in-store pick-up purchases.
International Deliveries
For international deliveries, you must contact the Retail Manager directly. International deliveries WILL NOT be processed for online purchases.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not allow returns or refunds. Any exchanges must be approved by a manager.
Customer Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide complete and accurate shipping and billing information at the time of checkout. Customers have up to 1 month from the date of purchase to report any undelivered or damaged products. Tracking information may be requested by contacting a manager.
